Parkrun is a free 5k running event that takes place every Saturday at 9am. Hundreds of runners regularly turn up to race around a course that is signposted by volunteer marshalls.
Runners of all abilities are welcome, and you simply need to register on the Bath parkrun website to get your barcode, which is scanned at the finish line to give you your race time.
The course is relatively flat and takes place on the national trust Skyline trail, which features some amazing views of Bath.
